DENNIS BALON - PRESIDENT

Dennis is founder and President of Balon Construction Ltd. and Balon Development Ltd. Dennis has over 25 years of construction experience. He had worked his way through a major Canadian Construction Company from Estimator to Senior Estimator then to Senior Project Manager to Senior Manager in charge of Edmonton and Northern Alberta. He has completed a large collection of projects, which include office buildings, industrial shops, retail complexes, schools and churches. TERRY MACKORUK – VICE PRESIDENT OPERATIONS

Terry has over 20 years of construction management experience originating as an Estimator and Project Manager. His in depth experience includes 18 years with a Major International Construction Company in positions range from Sr. Project Manager in Calgary to Operations Manager in Toronto and Vice President & Branch Manager in Ottawa. WARREN GARTEN – VICE PRESIDENT, BALON DEVELOPMENT LTD. AND BALON CONSTRUCTION LTD.

Warren has over 25 years of Real Estate experience with various large national developers. His original financial background has been an asset over the years as he has accumulated valuable experience in Real Estate Acquisitions, Dispositions, Development, Leasing and Property Management.
