Balon Construction Ltd. was originally established in 1997 and re-established in 2003 by Dennis Balon to provide service to the commercial retail, office, multi-family and light industrial sectors. Since then Balon Construction Ltd. has grown to a staff of 35 talented professionals working as Construction Superintendents, Project Managers, Estimators and Office Staff.
